It is a pleasure to write on behalf of Marie Pryce. Marie has been managing our investment properties for almost ten years now. She has certainly taken all the worry out of our day-to-day property management. There are many areas where Marie’s property management is excellent. Please let us explain. • Marie makes it her business to be fully in touch with the rental market. She knows what reasonable market rents are for the suburb, and pursues an outcome that fairly reflects going rates. • She has marketed our properties very well. Advertising has been conducted in good time using media that have been appropriate. The media have changed over time reflecting the market’s increased use of digital information sources. With Marie’s skill, our transitions between tenants have been smooth, and have been kept to a minimum duration. • Marie handles negotiations with tenants very skilfully. She lets them know where they stand. She is reasonable with them when difficulties arise, yet she is firm and persistent when their maintenance of the property does not match her high standards. • Marie personally conducts regular inspections of our units. Her reports are systematic, and are accompanied by photos where necessary. These are very useful for us to be able to see (literally) what the problem is, and to explain it to others if necessary (such as a Body Corporate). • Marie and her staff have a wide range of competent tradespeople with whom they do business. This means that if something needs to be fixed quickly, she acts promptly to minimise inconvenience or damage. We have experienced this both with plumbing problems, and with a termite intrusion, which was eradicated before becoming established. • Where it has been necessary to deal with a Body Corporate, Marie has handled this with her usual speed and effectiveness. For larger items of Body Corporate maintenance or improvement, where we have interacted with the Body Corporate manager directly, we have been capably advised about an appropriate course of action by Marie. • When considering larger items, such as "lumpy" maintenance (like painting), or improvements (like upgrading a kitchen or adding air conditioning), Marie always gives us sensible advice, and an opinion about what improvements would appeal to the likely market for our units. In the end, however, Marie leaves the decision to us. • With Marie handling the finances with the tenants, our payments have always, invariably, been received promptly by electronic transfer. Deductions are clear and are in line with our contract with her, or additional work that we have approved. The twice-monthly statements are clear, and she provides a summary at the end of each financial year for taxation purposes. There are no areas where we have been unhappy with Marie’s work. We have never had a problem, but we would have no difficulty discussing it with her if one were to arise. Thank you, Marie!

It's a beautiful property, and we were very impressed with the area, service provided by yourself and the beautifully renovated interior.
Honestly, I wish we could have taken the property, however our circimstances have changed due to this, we have to forgo moving into the area. It was a personal decision and had nothing to do with the property or the service provided by yourself or QPA.
